Beachside Holidays provides holidays for families and couples only.
We are sorry—but bookings will not be accepted for groups or young parties
under 25 years of age. Beachside Holidays reserves the right to refuse admission
to its properties to persons disregarding this condition and at no cost to
themselves. |

GUEST
NUMBERS:
The number of guests in the accommodation must not exceed the
number of beds provided, except by prior special arrangement.

INITIAL PAYMENT DETAILS;
A provisional booking will be held for 4 days only, to allow for
the receipt of
the deposit.
Wakefield Court Beach & Pine Lodge ;
A £75 deposit per week is required, with the completed booking form.
Bella Vista, Seagull & Nuthatch Cottages ; A £100 deposit per week is
required, with the completed booking form.
The balance of account is due 6 weeks
before the commencement of your holiday. |
 | DOGS;
One small well behaved dog can be accommodated in certain
of the properties,
strictly
by prior arrangement.
DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD WITHIN THE GROUNDS AND MUST NOT BE LEFT
UNATTENDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION AT ANY TIME.
Dogs are charged at 10% of the tariff. (maximum charge is £40)

 | CAR PARKING;
Car parking is limited to one car per accommodation,
your own private numbered parking bay is provided at Wakefield Court
Beach & Pine Lodge.
(Additional car parking at Wakefield Court Beach strictly by prior arrangement). |
 | HIRE ITEMS;
The following items can be hired - High chairs at £6 & Cots at £12.
(Free of charge in Nuthatch Cottage, Seagull Cottage, Pine Lodge and Bella
Vista). All cots and highchairs must be pre-booked. |
 | CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS;
Payment by credit and debit cards are welcome. Balances paid by Credit Card are subject to a
2%
surcharge. |

ELECTRICITY & GAS;
Wakefield Court Beach- Electricity is by £1 pre-payment meter.
Pine Lodge - 100 units per week of Free Electricity and Free
Full Gas
Central Heating to 21'c is included in the tariff.
Bella Vista & Nuthatch Cottage - 200 units per week of Free
Electricity are included
in the tariff.
Seagull Cottage -
70 units of Free Electricity plus 300 units of
Free Gas per week are included in the tariff.
( Short breaks at pro-rata rates. Extra electricity/gas by meter reading
payable prior to departure. 1 unit = 1 KWh).

SECURITY
DEPOSITS;
Bella Vista, Pine Lodge, Nuthatch Cottage & Seagull Cottage A £50
security deposit per week is required on arrival, returnable by cheque to your home
address, subject to all terms and conditions having been met.

CLEANING; It
is the Hirers responsibility to keep the accommodation and its fixtures,
fittings and equipment in good order.
The accommodation is
"non-serviced self catering" the Hirer therefore agrees to leave
the property in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the hire
period. |
 |
DAMAGE; The
Hirer shall be liable for any damage or loss to the property or its contents. |
 |
BEDDING:
Duvets, pillows and extra blankets are provided in all of the properties.
Bella Vista, Nuthatch
Cottage & Seagull Cottage.
Bed linen packs are provided free of
charge for Bella Vista, Nuthatch
Cottage & Seagull Cottage.
Wakefield Court Beach or Pine
Lodge.
Bed linen is not provided at Wakefield Court Beach or Pine
Lodge, but can be pre-ordered as an extra at £10 per single and £12 per
double bed pack.
Towels are not provided in any accommodation, but can be
pre-ordered at £6 per towel bundle.

LEISURE & POOL FACILITIES: Use
of the swimming pool and family entertainment facilities are off site and are
subject to the terms and conditions of the facility providers and may be subject to an
additional fee.
Not available from November until March. Use is entirely at the
facility providers discretion.

PROBLEMS: Every effort is made to ensure that you have a
very enjoyable stay with us. But should you have any cause for complaint this
must be notified to us immediately during your stay so that remedial action can be taken. We
cannot accept any liability in relation to any shortcomings or claim of whatever
nature if you fail to notify us of this during your holiday and secondly write
to us within 28 days of the end of your holiday.

CANCELLATION; If you are compelled to cancel your booking
you must notify us immediately by telephone. Then you must confirm in writing.
We will endeavour to relet for you. If we are successful in reletting, you will
forfeit your Booking Deposit.
If we do not relet, then you will be held
responsible for the prompt payment for the full balance-of-hire due on the
accommodation you booked.
Please make sure that you have holiday cancellation
insurance to cover such eventualities.
