Accommodation will available from 3pm (4pm for Beachside House) on your booked day of arrival.
Accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the booked day of your departure.
Beachside Holidays provides holidays for families and couples only. We are
sorry—but bookings will not be accepted for groups or parties in any of our
Beachside Holidays reserves the right to refuse admission to its properties
on arrival to persons disregarding this condition and at no cost to
NUMBERS: The number of guests in

INITIAL PAYMENT DETAILS;
A provisional booking will be held for 4 days only, to allow for

Small well behaved dogs can be accommodated in certain
of the properties,
by prior arrangement. Sorry - No pets are allowed in Beachside House or
YOUR DOG MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES WITHIN THE GROUNDS AND MUST NOT BE LEFT
UNATTENDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION AT ANY TIME.
Dogs must not be allowed on
beds or furniture.
Dogs are charged at 10% of the tariff. (maximum charge is £40)
Car parking is strictly limited to one car per accommodation at
Wakefield Court Beach & Pine Lodge ,where your own private numbered
parking bay is provided and Beachside House has parking for up to 3 cars.
The following items can be hired - High chairs at £6 & Cots at £12. All cots and highchairs must be pre-booked.

Payment by credit and debit cards are welcome. Balances paid by Credit Card are subject to a

Wakefield Court Beach 'Hickling'- Electricity is by £1 pre-payment

DEPOSITS; Pine Lodge £50, Beachside House £250, security deposit per week is required on arrival,
payable by cash or card, this is returnable subject to all terms and conditions having been
met and there being no outstanding payments.
is the Hirers responsibility to keep the accommodation and its fixtures,
fittings and equipment in good order. All accommodation is
"non-serviced self catering" the Hirer therefore agrees to leave
the property in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the hire

Duvets, pillows and extra blankets are provided in all of the properties.
Beachside House -all linen and all towels are included in the tariff.
Pine Lodge - all linen and 1 towel bundle are included in the

Wakefield Court Beach "Hickling" - linen is not provided but can be pre-ordered as an extra at £12 per single and £14 per
double bed pack. Towels are not provided, but available at £6 a bundle.
LEISURE & POOL FACILITIES: Use
of the swimming pool and entertainment facilities are off site and are subject
to the terms and conditions of the facility providers and are subject to an

representation of the holiday offered, however decor and furnishings can
change and therefore the pictures should only be taken as a representation of
what will be in the accommodation at the time of your holiday.
If you are compelled to cancel your booking
you must notify us immediately by telephone. Then you must confirm in writing.
We will endeavour to relet for you. If we are successful in reletting, you will
forfeit your Booking Deposit. If we do not relet, then you will be held
responsible for the prompt payment for the full balance-of-hire due on the
accommodation you booked. Please make sure that you have holiday cancellation
insurance to cover such eventualities.
every effort is made to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday, problems
can sometimes occur. If you have any cause for complaint this must be notified to us
immediately during your stay
to allow us the opportunity to take
remedial action. We cannot accept any liability in relation to any
shortcomings or claim of whatever nature if you fail to notify us of any
or claim during your holiday and secondly write
to us within 28 days of the end of your holiday.
